Reserving the ESPORTS Room for Open Play

Undergraduate Residential Students can use the Walter & Shirley Fan Wang ESPORTS Room located in Wallach Hall.

Academic Year Open Play Hours

  • Monday – Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Thursday – Sunday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Here's how to set up your EMS account to book Open Play hours:

1. Create your EMS account: 

Email the following information to [email protected]:

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • UNI
  • Residential Building

2. Log in to your EMS account: 

Click on Welcome, Guest in the top right corner. Sign in with your Columbia UNI on bottom left.

3. Reserve an ESPORTS Room station:

Select Create a Reservation. Then, select Free Play Template.

Please be advised that the room closes promptly at 11 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and at 1 a.m. on Friday through Sunday.
