Columbia Event Management Creates Gourmet Reception and Dinner Boxes for the Annual 25 Year Club Celebration

In honor of the annual Columbia University 25 Year Club event, our team crafted two unique fine dining experiences that are packaged to enjoy on the go. Both the reception boxes and the dinner bags are packed with an array of culinary delights! Through summer and fall, Event Management will continue to offer packages like these to every event planner.

Each dinner bag for the 25 Year Club celebration contained a three-course meal for two. Guests enjoyed an appetizer comprised of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, their choice of entree, dessert and of course, an individual bottle of prosecco for a celebratory toast. Columbia University Facilities & Operations team members inducted into the 25 Year Club enjoyed a reception box featuring a selection of delectable canapes and desserts, including a Foie Gras Eclair, Mini Lobster Roll, Mushroom Beignet, Cured Salmon Cucumber Roll, and so much more.

Gold partitioned boxes contain Foie Gras Eclair, Mini Lobster Roll, Mushroom Beignet, Cured Salmon Cucumber Roll, English Tea Pinwheel, Stilton Beef Rosette, Tamari Glazed Peanut Crumb Tofu, Watermelon Ahi Tuna, and Assorted Petit Fours.
