Event Management helps campus partners celebrate the class of 2025 with a week's worth of events and activities.
Commencement Week celebrations took place from May 15 - 21 across Columbia's campuses and event venues, marking the achievements of the class of 2025. Event Management was at the ready to help schools plan, execute and toast their grads.

The team helped coordinate events for 5 people to 3,500 people – from pre-ceremony coffee and graduate line-ups, to post-event luncheons or full-scale receptions. By the week's end, Event Management facilitated 468 separate activities - from a cake to toasts and everything in between. Highlights include a zig-zag reception along the Lerner Hall ramps and an outdoor garden party complete with twinkling lights.
