The Event Management team is proud to support student events on campus with memorable food, drinks, and entertainment. A recent highlight was the debut of the team’s new portable s’mores station at the Snowplace Like Low! event in December, which demonstrates how creative, cozy activations can enhance student gatherings.
Snowplace Like Low! invited students to unwind and celebrate the end of the fall semester in a festive, welcoming atmosphere. Co-sponsored by the Columbia Alumni Association and the International Students and Scholars Office, the event featured seasonal treats like hot cocoa, warm pretzels, and made-to-order s’mores, alongside winter crafts, a photo station, live student performances, and festive giveaways.
From sweet treats to interactive experiences, the Event Management team works behind the scenes to support student events and elevate campus traditions. The s’mores station is just one example of how the team continues to expand its offerings, making it easier than ever to create fun, engaging events that bring the campus community together.
