Get Ready for Pre-Calendaring

The pre-calendaring period for events occurring in the Spring 2023 academic term opens on October 17, 2022.

Pre-calendared events scheduled within the first 10 business days of classes that require an event review to be confirmed must be reviewed before the conclusion of the prior academic term. Pre-calendaring for Spring 2023 events begins Monday, October 17 at noon and closes on Tuesday, November 1 at 5 p.m.
