Student groups applying for the P&P Fund for the Fall 2025 semester events can now request a pre-approved funding amount in conjunction with the Pre-Calendar application, allowing them to plan with confidence. Student groups will still need to complete the official P&P Fund application online between March 31 – September 23.
Groups who complete the application and meet P&P Fund eligibility will receive funding pre-approval by the first week of October. Learn more about the updated process.
About the P&P Fund
The P&P Fund is available to all recognized Columbia University student groups and provides financial support to events that benefit the University community through collaboration and creative programming on campus. Each semester the P&P Fund committee is charged with awarding funds to those applications that best meet the goals of the P&P Fund. The Fund is administered by Event Management and committee members include designated representatives from the governing boards of the University student community.
