This Fall, Event Management has introduced four new offerings with affordability in mind.

Throughout the spring and summer, Columbia University supported local and small businesses in an exclusive pop-up retail opportunity at the Bollinger Forum.

At the start of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, Event Management set up a fund to help students manage AV and technical costs for activities held in Lerner Hall. From September 2024 through May 2025, the fund saved students $172,909.

Event Management helps campus partners celebrate the class of 2025 with a week's worth of events and activities.

Departments Columbia Mail and Event Management come together with Undergraduate Student Life, ABC, and SGB leadership to help Recognized Student Groups store items over summer, saving students $

For Fall 2025 events, the President & Provost (P&P) Fund application process will be amended to allow student groups to request pre-approval for funding. Learn more about how the process has changed and what to expect during the Pre-Calendar Period beginning March 31.
